With over 16 acres of planted vines carefully nurtured and picked by hand, each bottle reflects the care, knowledge and dedication behind it. Our wines are crafted with character and integrity, offering a true expression of place and purpose.
The full story is coming soon as we prepare to launch our new website.
The image above captures around an acre of Pinot Gris vines, photographed just before harvest on a still October morning. It offers a glimpse into one of the vineyards that make up our 16-acre organic planting. Each grape variety, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Noir Precoce, Chardonnay, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Regent, has been carefully chosen for its ability to thrive in this unique East Sussex landscape.
Positioned at the heart of our 180-acre organic farm, the vineyard benefits from a protected and diverse environment. Surrounded by nature, it supports wildlife corridors and sustainable practices that help ensure our vines are nurtured in harmony with the land. This is low-intervention winemaking, rooted in care and place.
Visits to the vineyard are available by arrangement, and grapes may occasionally be available for bulk purchase.
